In addition to discounts on GECCO registration, and free subscriptions to two journals:

GECCO-2001 Student Travel Grants:

Dear GECCO-2001 Student:

Thank you for your interest in the GECCO-2001 Student Travel Award Program.

In order to qualify for this program, please provide proof of full-time student status along with an estimated budget of expenses.

The deadline for applications is March 30, 2001. At that time, applications will be reviewed by the GECCO-2001 Travel Awards Coordinator and Conference Chair and decisions about awards will be made in April. As a condition of acceptance, you will be required to complete and submit an expense report to AAAI, accompanied by original receipts, within one month after the conference.
