a space available basis. After the cut-off date the reduced conference
rate may not be available and the going room rate will apply.
The Hotel requires all reservations be guaranteed with a major
credit card, first night's room deposit equal to the room rate
and tax (currently 14%) plus a $0.5 per room night tourism tax.
Reservations must be cancelled by 6:00 PM hotel time, 24 hours
prior to arrival, or the credit card will be charged one night's
