As
part of the double blind scientific peer review for submissions
to GECCO, 34 papers were nominated by the track chairs upon
recommendation of anonymous referees for consideration by
the conference for a "Best of GECCO" prize. The
following 10 papers were selected by secret ballot of GECCO
attendees as "Best of GECCO" winners, one for each
track at GECCO (with EH and ES/EP combined). The following
