Travel information


A bus will pick up everyone at the Radisson at 8.30am on the 8th to take us to the conference.

Concerning the banquet, could you please let us know if you are a vegetarian. Also if you want banquet tickets other than for yourself (as paid registrants) the cost is US$55.

Similarly, the cost for the trip to Xochimilco is US$20 for accompanying persons.

Finally, on you'll find a list of restaurants in the famous Perisur shopping center (3 mins walk from the hotel).

Mexico City, one of the world's largest metropolis' is served by direct flights from most major cities in North America and many cities in Latin America, Europe and Asia. Some links for tourist information are Mexico City's government website and Mexico's tourism website

The recommended hotel for the conference is the Paraiso Radisson ( opposite the famous Perisur shopping mall where there are a variety of restaurants, cinemas, shops and department stores. To reach the hotel from the airport please take an official airport taxi by buying a ticket at one of the official booths at the airport. The cost should be about $25 and will take between 40 mins and 90 mins depending on traffic. Transportation to and from the hotel to the conference will be provided.
