Full paper presentations should be 20 minutes long. There will be an additional 5 minutes for questions. Please stay within the time limit. Please arrive at your session room a few minutes before the session begins to coordinate with the session chair. (If for some reason there is no session chair available we are asking the last presenter of the session to maintain the timing.)
Projectors and screens will be available for all presentations, larger rooms will have microphones. Presenters will need to bring their own laptops (although they may be able to use the laptop of the presenter immediately before or after them) and any specialty equipment needed to enhance their presentations (computer speakers, laser pointers, etc.).
We have created a slide to display between sessions. If you are scheduled to be the first presenter in your session, if possible, please add this slide to the beginning of your presentation to display before the session starts. Please feel free to add the name of the track, workshop, or tutorial if you like.
The poster session will be held Symphony/Overture room (Third Floor) 19:00 - 22:00 on Tuesday July 11th. Poster set-up will be 17:30-18:30. Poster boards and thumbtacks will be available. Posters should be no more than 36” wide and up to 44” high.
